Business Application

General terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all agreements regarding, VAT. number DK43978837, within the sale and delivery of services in the form of print on walls and sales of equipment to businesses, (B2B).

Basis of agreement

The terms and conditions, together with StylePrint's offer, order confirmation and/or invoice, form the overall contractual basis for StylePrint's sale and delivery of services to the respective customer. The customer's purchase conditions printed on orders or otherwise communicated to StylePrint do not form part of the basis of the agreement.

Changes to and additions to the basis of the agreement are only valid if the parties have agreed them in writing.

Service performance

The services that StylePrint sells and delivers to the customer are carried out in a professional manner.

The customer must give StylePrint access to personnel and information to the extent necessary to perform the services.

StylePrint is not responsible that the services meet legislations and standards or can be used for specific purposes, unless the parties have agreed otherwise in writing.


When you buy Wall Print from StylePrint, you are in good hands. We want to give you a good experience, both before, during and after your purchase. The vegan and ISO certified ink is also UV resistant and maintains color fastness for 12+ years indoors and 2+ years outdoors. For extreme environments, a clear coat or a UV coating can be applied to improve resistance and, among other things, extend the outdoor color fastness to more than 5 years. Thanks to the UV-cured ink, pictures are also instantly scratch- and abrasion resistant when the Wall Printer prints on the wall.

StylePrint warrants that services are free from material errors and defects in workmanship for an acceptable period of time after delivery. 

StylePrint's warranty does not cover errors or defects caused by: (1) normal wear and tear, (2) use contrary to StylePrint's instructions or common practice or for non-agreed purposes, (3) rectification or modification by anyone other than StylePrint, or (4) other conditions for which StylePrint is not responsible.

If the customer discovers an error or defect during the warranty period, which the customer wishes to claim, it must be immediately notified in writing to StylePrint. If an error or deficiency that the customer discovers or should have discovered is not immediately notified in writing to StylePrint, it cannot be claimed later. The customer must provide StylePrint with the information about the error or defect as StylePrint requests.

Within a reasonable time after StylePrint has received notice from the customer of an error or defect and investigated the claim, StylePrint will notify the customer whether the error or defect is covered by warranty.

Payment & Price

StylePrint ApS receives payment by bank transfer.

Wall Print amount, (cost) stated on the website include VAT.

wallPen E2 amount, (cost) on the website is exclusive of VAT. 

The website uses DKK - Danish kroner as currency for pricing.

The price for the services follows the company's current price list at the time when StylePrint confirms the customer's order, unless the parties have agreed otherwise in writing.

Driving in connection with the performance of the services is included in the price.

The customer will receive an invoice to cover the agreement, which is sent out to the customer after the contract has been signed or an e-mail offer has been approved.

The customer pays when the service is completed with an immediate transfer to StylePrint's bank account. For larger projects, it can be agreed to send an invoice, which must be paid for the services before the expiry date specified on the invoice sent, unless the parties have agreed otherwise in writing.

​The customer generally has 8 days for payment.

Late payment

If the customer fails to pay an invoice for services on time for reasons for which StylePrint is not responsible, StylePrint is entitled to interest on the overdue amount at 2,60% per month from due date and until payment takes place.

If the payment deadline is exceeded, an account statement is sent to the customer, the account statement shows a final deadline for payment and then an administration fee of DKK 100 per notification for overdue payment.

Intellectual property rights

StylePrint is not responsible for provided services and possible infringement of third-party intellectual property rights, unless the infringement is intentional. To the extent that StylePrint may be met with an allegation that the provided services violate third-party intellectual property rights, the customer must indemnify StylePrint, unless the violation is intentional.


The delivery time is agreed with the customer.

If StylePrint expects a delay in the delivery of services, StylePrint informs the customer of this and at the same time provides the reason for the delay and with a new expected delivery time.

The customer must examine all services upon delivery. If the customer discovers an error or deficiency that the customer wishes to claim, it must be immediately notified in writing to StylePrint. If an error or deficiency that the customer has discovered or should have discovered is not immediately notified in writing to StylePrint, it cannot be claimed later.

Right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal, after the contract has been signed or an e-mail offer has been approved.

Wall Prints are custom-made for the customer.

wallPen E2 is sold to business, (B2B).


There is basically no right of complaint after the service has been carried out including the Wall Print has been printed on the wall and has been approved by the customer.

The complaint is also waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

As soon as the Wall Print is approved by the customer, the order is completed. If the customer wishes to change new things after final approval, a fee will be imposed for the desired new changes. The customer can request a non-binding offer from StylePrint for the desired new additions.

In the event of defects, the customer is asked to state and, upon request, show what the defect consists of.

wallPen E2, spare parts and ink:

The buyer must immediately after receiving the delivery review the delivery to ensure that it is intact and in accordance with what was agreed. If the buyer believes that there are defects in the delivered goods, a complaint must be made immediately. If the buyer can prove that the product does not possess the specified properties upon delivery, StylePrint ApS is obliged to remedy the defect.

The seller is not responsible for consequential damages, operating losses, lost earnings, lost profits or other direct or indirect losses. The seller's liability cannot exceed the invoice price excluding VAT for the part of the delivery that is missing.

For objections and complaints, StylePrint's e-mail must be stated: as well as the website where you purchased the item.

Force majeure

StylePrint is not liable to the customer for non-fulfillment of obligations which may be due to force majeure. The freedom from liability remains as long as force majeure persists. Circumstances that are beyond StylePrint's control and which StylePrint should not have foreseen at the conclusion of the agreement are considered force majeure. Examples of force majeure are unusual natural conditions, war, terror, fire, flood, vandalism and labor disputes, etc.

Customer & Personal Data Policy

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, they are only registered in our customer directory. You can have your information deleted at any time.

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the service and the product to you.

At, cookies are used with the aim of optimizing the website and its functionality, thus making the visit as easy as possible for you.

You can delete cookies from your computer at any time.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The cooperation of the parties is in all respects is subject to Danish law.

Any dispute that may arise in connection with the cooperation of the parties must be settled by the court in Copenhagen.
